LRMP Community Survey

The Cedarburg School Board is reaching out to all district residents in the next few weeks to gather input on the district’s Long Range Master Plan (LRMP) through a community-wide survey.

Through the LRMP process, the district engagement with 30+ focus groups, including alumni this January, and over 450 stakeholders. The process identified three primary needs: school capacity, learning spaces and safety and security. A mailed community-wide survey seeks input on solutions to address the identified needs at all levels.

The School Board approved the survey on April 23, 2018.  School Perceptions, an independent educational research firm, was hired to conduct the survey.  We are asking all Cedarburg residents to respond to the survey from School Perceptions. The survey will be open through June 1st at 5:00 PM.  If you are a CHS alumni and are a current resident of Cedarburg, and did not receive a survey, please contact the district office at 262-376-6100 for assistance and one will be provided for you. The survey can be taken in one of two ways: a paper copy mailed to you or an online access code. To ensure data integrity, each survey invitation/link code can only be used once.  The survey access number will not identify you; it simply links you to the District's survey. All responses to the survey are kept confidential. School Perceptions’ privacy policy and School District of Cedarburg Policies, guarantees your email address will not be used/shared for any purpose other than the contracted survey.

Thank you, in advance, for taking the time to participate in this important step in our planning process.
